CELEBRATE PRIDE LOUD AND PROUD AT SOHO’S QUEER-OWNED PARTY PALACE, KAPARA
This Pride, head straight to the heart of the action — Soho — and celebrate at Kapara, the queer-owned, hedonistic Eastern Mediterranean restaurant serving fierce flavours, bold cocktails and unapologetic vibes all month long.
Whether you’re after a colourful cocktail concoction darlings; or looking to devour a sweet dessert against a backdrop of iconic tunes, Kapara provides the perfect spot to honour Pride month.
From Sunday 1st June to Sunday 6th July, Kapara is turning up the volume with a line-up of tongue-in-cheek Pride cocktails crafted to honour the LGBTQIA+ community and the queer creatives behind the bar. Sip on the Pisco Inferno, a blend of Pisco, mango gazoz syrup, citric syrup and lime juice; or try the Proud Mary – a mix of mezcal, tequila blanco, tomato juice, bloody Mary mix, and finished with green harissa for an extra kick.
Celebrating the icons that are, toast Thelma & Louise — one sweet, one sour — both sparkling with prosecco and sass. Whilst for the shot queens, the Rainbow Heatwave is fruity and fabulous with pineapple infused overproof rum, mango gazoz syrup and umeshu – topped with vegan cream.
Kapara’s signature bake also gets a glow-up with the Proud Babka – charred on the robata grill, filled with pistachios and rich tahini cream, served with a lemon thyme crème anglaise and cherry compote. Sweet, smoky and totally extra!
Chef Eran Tibi brings the audacity, attitude and all-day party spirit to this proudly queer space, known for its inclusive ethos and feel-good hedonism. It’s more than a meal — it’s a vibe and a safe space where everyone is welcomed.
To keep the love going, the restaurant is participating in ‘Pint for Pride’, adding an optional £5 donation on every bill to Pride in London.
