Celebrate Pride this weekend at Limin’s LGBT Caribbean Charity Brunch
To celebrate Pride in London this week, Shoreditch favourite Limin’ is hosting a Carribean Charity Brunch on Sunday 23rd June, from 2pm til late.
Guests can expect mouth-watering dishes such as rainbow doubles, plantain balls, wings in scotch bonnet mango jam, bake and sea bass, curry crab and dumplings and a range of desserts including rum cake and sweet paratha dusted with brown sugar, cinnamon and topped with rum.
Accompanying the feast on one of 2019’s hottest days will be a range of incredible entertainment, including music from international DJ Just Vibez and the hugely talented performer Ms Mohammed, who recently performed a TEDxLondon and is bringing her much-lauded mix of punk bluesy soul & sultry blistering alt-fusion indie guitars to our guests
Brunch attendees will also have the chance to enter Limin’s Pride Raffle, where prizes include dinner for two at Parks Edge Bar & Kitchen, a pair of VIP tickets to Limin’s Street Party later this month, Plantation Rum and Carnival passes from both Pure Lime and Bacchanalia.
All profits and proceeds will go to LGBT charity London Friend, where Limin’ owners Sham Mahabir and James Togut met 21 years ago.
Tickets can be purchased here from Eventbrite.
Open Wednesday – Sunday from 12pm to 10pm, Limin’ can be found at Old Spitalfields Market, 107B Commercial Street, London, E1 6BG.
