Celebrate Venetian Carnival at Pasta Evangelists with a new limited-edition menu

Pasta Evangelists is bringing Italy’s rich culture to the UK with its first special menu of 2025 featuring four new dishes to celebrate the annual Venetian Carnival.

Available until 31st March at the Greenwich, Richmond, and Chiswick restaurants plus via take away, the menu features delicious and vibrant pasta dishes that look as creative as they taste. Each dish has been created to emulate the indulgence and mystery associated with the Venetian Carnival that brings in crowds from all over the world.

From seasonal beetroot pesto that is rich in antioxidants, to a sublime ravioli that pays homage to the Venetian’s love for cod. There’s also some familiar favourites that have been updated with a ‘venetian’ twist, including a buttery pasta alfredo made with locally sourced Asiago cheese and a Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli shaped into cuoricini, also known as “little hearts”.

“Our first special edition menu of 2025 seriously packs a punch! Venetians are well known for their ability to make the subtle flavours of cod sing and we drew inspiration from this for our limited-edition Venetian Style Cod Ravioli. The added drama of our purple pesto and heart-shaped cuoricini bring the vibrancy of the carnival to life in a playful way,” Roberta d’elia, Head Pastaia, Pasta Evangelists.
