On 8th July, 2022, London’s top beauty salon Beauty and Melody, a go-to celebrity destination for beauty & wellness based in Marble Arch, frequented by the likes of Sarah Harding, Olga Kurylenco, Frankie Essex, Laura Pradelska and Denise Vanouten to name but a few, will host a luxurious makeover contest for three selected influencers worth up to £2000 each.

Chosen through online applications, the influencers involved will all have upwards of 100k followers on various social media platforms and be passionate story-tellers. The makeovers, worth up to £2000, will include make-up and the salon’s signature premium hair extensions, sourced from genuine human hair. During the event, the influencers’ online audiences will be invited to vote for the best makeover, and the winner will be awarded the Modern-Day Scheherazade title.

Beauty and Melody’s decision to choose Scheherazade as the inspiration behind the contest is by no means accidental. The renowned salon aims to promote diversity and celebrate the richness of Arabic culture by invoking one of its most iconic folklore characters in this fun event.

The entries for the contest will open on Monday 13th June and last until Friday 24th June.
