CELEBRITIES CELEBRATE START OF THE 2022 FORMULA 1 SEASON WITH STREAMING SERVICE NOW

Today, streaming service NOW hosted an exclusive watch party for VIP guests to celebrate the start of the 2022 Formula 1 season.

Celebrities were in attendance to watch Friday practice at the Bahrain Grand Prix ahead of the highly anticipated first race of the season on Sunday (20th March).

Following the controversial and widely debated finish to last season this year’s Formula 1 championship will undoubtedly be a series of hard-fought races between Max Verstappen’s Red Bull and all British Mercedes AMG Petronas team piloted by Lewis Hamilton and new team recruit George Russell.

The event also saw guests go head-to-head and try their hand at racing the Bahrain track on NOWs F1 Axsim Simulator, which uses fighter jet technology to replicate the g-force experienced by drivers.

Ahead of the season opener in Bahrain, NOW is offering members and F1 fans exclusive coverage of every practice, qualifying and race as well as bonus streams and analysis from the experts, including Martin Brundle, Karun Chandhok, Jenson Button and new pundit Naomi Schiff for just £20 a month for nine months.

The £20 per month NOW Sports Membership offer is available for a limited time only, between 16th – 27th March 2022.

Throughout 2022, NOW will be streaming some of the biggest Sky Sports events of the year, including the Premier League, EFL, and WSL, and members signing-up to the offer will also be able to stream all 11 Sky Sports channels including Premier League, Main Event, Sky Sports Cricket and more.
