Clermont Hotel Group (CHG), one of London’s leading hotel operators has appointed Andy Goss as Group Head of F&B. Andy joins from HMSHost International, where he was responsible for over 20 proprietary and franchise concepts at various UK travel hubs, and brings over 25 years of industry experience, including 16 years in senior commercial roles.
Andy will lead CHG’s F&B strategy across their 14 hotels including a number of in-house outlets such as The Soak, Vicinity, Aviator Sports Bar and Restaurant and VU from The Tower, as the group continues to diverse their offering to meet the needs of the modern traveller. CHG recently announced a long-term, multi partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, bringing one of the world’s most recognisable culinary brands into the portfolio.
This partnership forms part of CHG’s ongoing investment in their F&B offering to ensure there are ‘spaces for all’ across the portfolio to strengthen guest experience and deliver personalised and memorable stays.
