“Climate Changed My Home” – free photography exhibition at London Bridge City

A powerful photography exhibition is being launched by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to showcase photos and stories from people across the world
whose lives are affected by the increasingly devastating impacts of the climate crisis.

“Climate
Changed My Home” will be on display at London Bridge City, near Tower Bridge, from
Thursday 30th May to Sunday 30th June 2024.

This free open-air exhibition will elevate the stories of people bearing the brunt of the climate crisis, from displaced families in East Africa struggling
with the impacts of drought, to communities in Pakistan whose homes have been destroyed by floods. It will also showcase some of the adaptive and innovative IRC climate solutions already supporting climate-vulnerable places globally.

Hosted alongside London Bridge City’s ‘Summer
by the River’ festival, and coinciding with UK Refugee Week celebrations, the exhibition also
commemorates the IRC’s 90 years of supporting people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover and rebuild their
lives.

The IRC invites the public to this free experiential event elevating the experiences of those on the frontlines of the climate emergency. More information
