COLINDALE GARDENS CELEBRATES SUMMER FAIR WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY

Members of the North West London community joined residents at premium housebuilder Redrow’s Colindale Gardens development for their fourth annual Summer Fair last weekend.

Attendees joined together to celebrate summer at the event in North West London. Highlights of the day included a dance performance from local Indian dance troupe, Nritylaap, a musical performance from singer Senna and an art workshop by Esperanza Walsh who currently has an exhibit at Chipping Norton Library.

Running from 10am – 4pm, the free community event was organised by the Colindale Gardens Social Committee which aims to provide activities that build a harmonious and happy community. The Summer Fair was one of the first events held by the group since being formed in 2020 and has continued to grow each year.

Kamal Hersh, Chairman of the Colindale Gardens Social Committee, said: “It was great to have members of the local community join us for our fourth Summer Fair! It is great to live in such a supportive community and communal events like these really enhance the experience.

“I’d like to thank all of the residents who volunteered their time to make this year’s Summer Fair the best one yet especially Kitty D’costa, Diki Chan, Anu Chhabra and Debora Jardim. I’d also like to thank the team at Colindale Gardens for their generous donation towards the event and for their support in facilitating community events and activities throughout the year.”

James Holmear, Group Sales Director at Redrow, said: “Community plays a huge role in choosing where to live. At Redrow we are continuously looking at ways we can support the local area and it was great to see everyone get together for such a fun day. I encourage anyone who is interested in joining this vibrant community to get in touch with our sales team and come visit Colindale Gardens to see the Redrow difference firsthand.”
