Cool off this summer with Din Tai Fung’s latest drinks menu

Din Tai Fung has today announced the launch of its new summer drinks menu, available to guests from Friday 30 June at the brand’s three London locations. Introducing six brand new cocktails and three mocktails, the menu will also incorporate the restaurant’s signature cocktails Din, Tai and Fung drinks to see guests through the summer season.

The new menu has been inspired by the rich flavours of tea, which is an integral element of Taiwanese culture, with each drink incorporating tea-based elements. Refreshing and fruity to reflect the summer season, the cocktail list will see the introduction of the ‘Matcha Cabana’ where dark rum, coconut Bacardi have been fused with orgeat syrup, matcha and lime to create a distinctive and flavoursome twist on the well-known drink rooted in Chinese culture.

Further additions to the list include the ‘Gold Rush’, which incorporates JW Black whisky, with a sweet hint of crème de pêche, iron goddess tea syrup, lemon juice, and angostura to create a tantalising blend, as well as the ‘Sour Haze’ – a nod to the classic pisco sour – featuring pisco, gin, lemon juice, watermelon, sugar syrup, mezcal spray, and white peony tea. The new menu comprises a range of spirits and differing flavours to suit all tastes.

For those looking for a non-alcoholic option, Din Tai Fung Centre Point’s new menu offers three unique drinks, blending flavours such as passionfruit juice, lime, jasmine tea, and cucumber to create the ‘Passionfuit Punch’, while the ‘Guava Sling’ incorporates guava, Lemongrass tea, ginger cordial, and lime juice.

Din Tai Fung provides guests with an unparalleled dining experience, and the dedicated bar at the latest Centre Point restaurant is the perfect location to try the new menu. A world first for the brand, the separate bar provides panoramic views set against powder pink banquets and polished brass with floor to ceiling windows.

The perfect way to accompany the brand’s iconic menu, cool off this summer with Din Tai Fung’s refreshing new drinks menu.
