Australia’s iconic chocolatey biscuit, is landing in London’s bakery scene this May with a limited-edition collaboration alongside Copains, the celebrated Parisian bakery known for its premium, 100% gluten-free take on classic French patisserie. Creating the most indulgent, gluten-free pastry of our dreams, the Tim Tam x Copains Babka (£8.50), will be available throughout May in support of Coeliac Awareness Month.

Available exclusively from 13th May until the end of the month at Copains’ Covent Garden and Islington bakeries, the collaboration reimagines the delicious Australian chocolatey biscuit through the lens of the French patisserie, bringing together two devoted fanbases in one moreish, must-try coeliac-friendly bake.

At the heart of the launch is a rich, sweet, braided babka layered with ribbons of chocolate and studded with pieces of Tim Tam Gluten Free biscuit throughout, finished with a swirl of chocolate ganache and topped with crunchy Tim Tam Gluten Free pieces. The result is a deeply indulgent, bakery-crafted twist on a classic, designed to deliver on flavour and texture in every bite.
