CORD Café Launches the CrOZant – inspired by Wicked
In celebration of the UK cinema release of Wicked, CORD Café, a Parisian-style café by Le Cordon Bleu on London’s Fleet Street, has conjured up a magical new treat.
Meet the CrOZant – an enchanting twist on the classic French croissant. Inspired by Wicked’s Elphaba, this eye-catching creation features bi-coloured black and green pastry. Lovingly crafted by Le Cordon Bleu’s expert bakers, the art of pâtisserie is unveiled with each bite as the CrOZant is layered with delicate pâte levée feuilletée and filled with a pear and elderflower cream.
The CrOZant is the perfect bewitching breakfast or spellbinding snack for fans and foodies looking to add a dash of Oz magic to their London day!
The CrOZant is now available at CORD Café, Fleet Street, as well as at Café Le Cordon Bleu on Bloomsbury Square, priced £4.35.
