CORD x Olive Oil Guy Pairing Dinner: An Exclusive Culinary Journey

CORD restaurant, Le Cordon Bleu’s flagship fine dining restaurant, located on Fleet Street, is thrilled to announce an extraordinary pairing dinner featuring Mazen Assaf, the “Olive Oil Guy,” on Friday 27th September 2024. In collaboration with CORD’s Executive Chef Karl O’Dell, guests will indulge in a five-course menu specially curated and paired with premium olive oils from four Mediterranean countries.

Mazen Assaf, an expert in olive oils, will take guests on a guided tasting experience, showcasing five exquisite oils from Greece, Italy, Spain, and Lebanon. Each oil, with its unique flavour profile, will be paired with dishes crafted by Chef Karl, highlighting the synergy between high-quality olive oils and fine dining.

Guests will also enjoy wine pairings selected by CORD’s award-winning Sommelier, Jiachen Lu, to complement each course and olive oil.
