Designed to catch every rogue drip, splash and cheese pull, the Birria Bib means there’s no holding back. Dunk it, drip it, spill it. The challenge is simple, get as messy as possible without the outfit faux pas. Or as the bib itself puts it, drip responsibly!
On Sunday 4th October the first 20 people in the queue at Coyo Taco will receive their very own Birria Bib, complete with a portion of two FREE Beef Birria tacos and extra pot of consommé for some seriously committed dunking.
And Coyo isn’t stopping at 20. Once the Birria Bibs are gone, the next 80 people in the queue will each receive two FREE Beef Birria tacos, meaning 100 Londoners will get to celebrate National Taco Day with the taco that has become the capital’s biggest hit.
For those lucky enough to secure a bib, there’s only one rule: the messier, the better. So, grab your tacos, get your bib on and prepare to wear your birria with pride.
