London, 22nd December – This January, two well-loved London restaurant groups, Crust Bros and Mildreds, come together for a limited-edition Veganuary pizza collaboration celebrating flavour-forward vegan food.

Launching for Veganuary, the partnership sees Crust Bros re-imagine one of Mildreds’ most iconic creations – its legendary burrito, through the lens of award-winning Neapolitan pizza. A cornerstone of Mildreds’ menus for over 30 years, the burrito achieved cult-status with generations of Londoners, helping to define the city’s modern plant-based dining scene.

As one of the UK’s most influential vegan institutions, Mildreds has long been celebrated for making vibrant, globally inspired dishes accessible, indulgent and unmistakably comforting; a legacy now captured in pizza form for a new generation of food lovers.

The result is a limited-edition pizza that fuses Crust Bros’ signature craftsmanship with Mildreds’ bold, wholesome flavours that are the perfect antidote to a grey January. Available on either a Crust Bros classic Neapolitan base or a gluten-free alternative, it starts with a smoky chipotle and San Marzano tomato sauce, layered with creamy vegan mozzarella, spiced vegan chorizo, and a sweet, charred corn. The finishing touches include a drizzle of avocado cream and a fresh zesty pico de gallo, delivering a perfectly balanced bite that’s indulgent and entirely plant-based.

Bringing together two brands known for doing things differently, the Crust Bros x Mildreds pizza is a celebration of flavour, heritage and innovation, proving that vegan food can be just as crave-worthy and comforting as the classics it’s inspired by.

Available at all Crust Bros locations for a limited time from 5th January – 9th February.
