Crust Bros, the two-time National Pizza Award-winning London pizza brand renowned for its charred leopard-print crusts and authentic Neapolitan pizzas, has unveiled an innovative new menu across all venues, launching on 15 June.
Representing a significant evolution for the brand, the new menu places exceptional local ingredients and thoughtful flavour combinations at its heart.
Homegrown in London but rooted in Neapolitan culture, the new offering showcases a more refined approach while retaining the creativity, personality and accessibility that have become synonymous with Crust Bros.
The result is a menu that feels distinctly positioned within London’s pizza scene, ingredient-led and sophisticated, yet approachable, playful and unmistakably Crust Bros.
Stand-out signature pizzas include: The Pep, a pizza that takes a classic pepperoni into the 21st century with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and spicy spianata piccante, finished with oregano and hot honey, The Carbo – a pizza where Crust Bros reimagines one of Italy’s most beloved pasta dishes – topped with parmesan bĂ©chamel, mozzarella, parmesan, confit egg yolk and guanciale, Hawaaiana – with burnt pineapple & chilli salsa, speck, tomato sauce and mozzarella and Reigning Champ – Harissa tomato, spiced lamb, whipped feta, pomegranate seeds and zhoug. All pizzas are made using dough prepared fresh daily and left to proof for up to 72 hours before being baked at 450 degrees to achieve the brand’s signature airy texture and leopard print char.
Pizza aside, the menu contains several notable new dish additions such as: Giant Meatballs & Parmesan, Radicchio, Castelfranco & Blood Orange Salad, Sliced Carne Salata with delicately cured beef finished simply with rocket and parmesan and Parmigiana Crackers with Whipped Feta.
The result is a menu that feels unmistakably Crust Bros: rooted in exceptional Italian ingredients, driven by creativity and built around seriously good pizza.
