Award-winning author and founder of Deliciously Ella, Ella Mills, and renowned registered nutritionist and founder of Rhitrition, Rhiannon Lambert, will be taking their hit podcast, The Wellness Scoop, to London’s Cadogan Hall this summer for a brand new, one-off live show on 14th June. Tickets for the live show go on sale on Monday 31st March 2025 and will be available from https://cadoganhall.com/whats-on/the-wellness-scoop-with-ella-mills-and-rhiannon-lambert/.
Building on this success, the live show will deliver the latest wellness news, expert advice, and personal recommendations, equipping the audience with practical tools for better wellbeing. Ella and Rhiannon will cut through the confusion of wellness trends, offering more realistic swaps for busy lives. The Wellness Scoop Live is designed to make wellness less overwhelming, focusing on the science-backed, and stress-free solutions. This event will feel like an inspiring, down-to-earth conversation with friends, packed with insights that make healthy living easier and more enjoyable.
Recent statistics highlight the growing interest in health and wellness, as well as the challenges many face in navigating the complex landscape of diets, fitness routines, and overall well being:
77 million instances of the hashtag #wellness on Instagram shows just how much the public is embracing health and wellness topics, reflecting a growing desire for information and solutions in the field.
An alarming trend shows that the average person will attempt 126 fad diets over their lifetime. This emphasizes the struggle many face in their pursuit of effective and sustainable health solutions, often falling prey to temporary fixes rather than lasting change.
Nearly 50% of consumers admit they find it difficult to understand what they need to do when making healthy choices, underlining the need for clearer, more accessible guidance and education in wellness practices.
The Wellness Scoop Live will bring the essence of the hit podcast to life through a structured four-part event, designed to be interactive, informative, and engaging. The evening will begin with Part 1: The Podcast Live, with The Headlines That Matter and Big Wellness Trends, discussed and dissected with audience interaction. Part 2: Audience Q&A will provide attendees the opportunity to ask direct questions and receive honest, real-time answers. Part 3: A Surprise Live Act will guide the audience through a short but impactful meditation session. The event will conclude with Part 4: Ultra-Processed Foods Debunked, where Rhiannon will exclusively share for the first time her extensive exploration of the research on UPFs, exploring their impact on health and how to make informed dietary choices.
Ella Mills said: “The Wellness Scoop community is truly incredible—it’s been amazing to see so many people come together, sharing their journeys and supporting each other in making realistic, achievable changes to their health. I cannot wait to bring everyone together in person for The Wellness Scoop Live, to connect, learn, and experience the show in a whole new way.”
Rhiannon Lambert said: “I am overjoyed to be able to share evidence based nutritional science with our incredible community and I can’t wait for The Wellness Scoop Live to be the first place I share my new research on Ultra Processed Foods. This event is a chance to break down the science, clear up misconceptions, and offer real, practical advice on how we can all make healthier choices, without stress or confusion.”
The live show will also give guests an exclusive insight into Rhiannon’s latest book, The Unprocessed Plate, which will be released on June 19, 2025. In this book, the Sunday Times bestselling author shares sixty recipes that are free from ultra-processed foods.
