DELIVEROO LAUNCHES A BANGER FOR FATHER’S DAY
For Brits who’ve spent the last few years of Father’s Day gifting rotating collection of ties and socks, Deliveroo has just brought out the perfect addition to spice up your arsenal of gifts.
Designed as a nod to dads who spend the British summer outdoors, adding a torching meats on the the BBQ, Deliveroo today unveils its limited edition sauce – charred to perfection in the same style as dads’ grilled meats. And with a 30 minute delivery time, it’s the perfect last minute gift.
So what’s in the sauce? Deliveroo’s new sauce is made using a barbecue coal flavoured oil base and mixing in cider vinegar. Once the two blends are mixed the base is allowed to smoke, giving it a true BBQ smokey taste. Like most of Dad’s barbeque platters, the sauce has notes of charcoal-coated sausage, designed to add that smoked meat flavour to every dish.
Additional elements of the sauce include flame torched sage, onion, garlic and celery powder along with a healthy dose of Molasses. The last component to the wondrous sauce is activated charcoal.
