Din Tai Fung is delighted to announce the launch of Negroni Nights in collaboration with 135° East Hyо̄go Gin, launching on Wednesday 11 October.

Taking place every Wednesday and Friday exclusively at the brand’s Centre Point restaurant, Din Tai Fung’s Negroni Nights will allow guests to explore a range of Negroni cocktails, with several specially crafted twists on the iconic drink. Keep to tradition with the Classic Negroni or experience the smooth blend of sake and elderflower with the White Sake Negroni, indulge in the smoky and mildly bitter Aperol Negroni for those looking for a unique twist, and discover bold coffee flavours with hints of chocolate in the Coffee Negroni.

Din Tai Fung has partnered with 135° East Hyо̄go Gin, to bring guests locally produced and authentic Japanese flavours with each cocktail. Combining Japanese botanicals with London Dry Gin botanicals, 135° East Hyо̄go Gin offers a powerful floral aroma over scents of citrus fruits.

Available to purchase for £12.80 per drink every Wednesday and Friday from 5- 10 pm until 30 November 2023. Subscribers to the Din Tai Fung newsletter are eligible for an exclusive discount.
