Vivek Singh, Executive Chef and Founder of the Cinnamon Collection comments: “Diwali has always been a celebration close to my heart – a festival that brings light into our homes and love into our lives. Growing up, I remember the glow of diyas, the scent of festive sweets, and the laughter that echoed through every room. It’s this spirit of togetherness and indulgence that we bring to all restaurants for the occasion.”
