easyJet launches first flights to Grenoble from London Southend

easyJet has launched its inaugural flight to Grenoble from London Southend Airport.

The first flight took off on Sunday and will operate weekly throughout the winter season.

Grenoble, nestled in the French Alps, is renowned for its stunning mountain scenery and vibrant cultural scene. Visitors can explore fascinating museums like the Musée de Grenoble, stroll through the charming old town, or take a cable car up to the Bastille fortress for panoramic views of the city and surrounding peaks.

A gateway to many popular ski destinations in the French Alps from Grenoble, visitors can easily access renowned ski areas such as Les Deux Alpes, Alpe d’Huez, and Chamrousse, making it an excellent base for winter sports enthusiasts.
