ECOFLEET LAUNCHES NEW CONSULTATION SERVICE ADVISING BUSINESSES TO BECOME MORE GREEN

Sustainable mobility service ecofleet is this week launching a brand new consultation service for businesses, offering expert advice and counsel on the benefits of choosing a sustainable delivery solution. As businesses across the UK begin to return to the office and resume a degree of normality, using cargo bikes for last mile deliveries is quickly emerging as the most effective and sustainable solution for moving goods across the city, without contributing to high pollution levels.

Discussing the importance of informing businesses across the city on moving to a sustainable delivery solution, Deepanshu Sahni, CTO says:

“We are happy to offer both big and small businesses expert consultation on how and why moving to a sustainable delivery solution can benefit them. We know the amount of emissions companies are avoiding by choosing a more sustainable transportation for their products’ last mile delivery. As we move out of the Covid19 lockdown, there is a huge opportunity for companies to proactively seek better alternatives to our everyday practices, and last mile deliveries can play a huge part in this”

Founded by CEO Farah Asemi in 2019, ecofleet is made up of over 20 electric bikes and 14 full time members of staff. Their delivery time is faster and more efficient than any van or parcel car, and all of the riders are highly trained and fully employed by the company. The consultation service will be running from this week onwards and any interested businesses can get in touch with ecofleet for their 30 minute consultation by visiting the website, www.theecofleet.com.
