Detroit Hardcore collective The Armed is hitting the stage at the state of the art HERE at Outernet in London for their first UK show in five years on Wednesday 12 June. Today, it has been announced that Empire State Bastard will join the bill as very special guests, promising an electrifying night and a live highlight of 2024. The Armed stated that the huge London show will be the “special and definitive” version of their world tour, in support of the critically acclaimed album Perfect Saviors, hailed as one of the best rock records of the year. This London headline date marks the band’s first UK appearance since 2019 and promises to bring their intricate and vital vision to life in the heart of the city, with what they say will be a “one of a kind” immersive A/V production. Known for their incendiary and unstoppable performances, The Armed are set to deliver a night to remember.

Empire State Bastard, born from the creative minds of Biffy Clyro’s Simon Neil and Oceansize’s Mike Vennart, is a force to be reckoned with. The band completed by Naomi Macleod and all time drumming great Dave Lombardo, have been tearing up stages around the world since the release of their debut album Rivers of Heresy – lauded as “one of 2023’s best extreme metal albums” by Metal Hammer, earning equal praise from Kerrang!, NME, Line of Best Fit and more.
