Enjoy Rooftop Afternoon Tea in the Sunshine at Sabine, St Paul’s

This spring and summer, guests can head to iconic rooftop bar Sabine, to indulge in a luxurious afternoon tea alongside spectacular views of the City of London.

Served from Monday-Sunday, 12-4pm, Sabine’s afternoon tea menu features a selection of sweet and savoury dishes including sandwiches, cakes and fresh scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve. Guests can choose from Roast beef & horseradish sandwiches; Nduja & fennel sausage roll; and Poached prawn cocktail with vodka spiked sriracha mayonnaise. Sweet options include Red velvet cake, Bitter chocolate delice & gold leaf, and Pistachio and white chocolate ganache Kataifi.

There is also a vegan menu available featuring Harissa spiced hummus & falafel with sourdough bread; and BBQ jack fruit wings with chipotle alongside vegan cakes such as Lemon & elderflower slice and Chocolate & cherry tart.

To drink, guests can choose from the selection of teas, including English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Lemongrass and Ginger, or opt for a glass of Pommery Apanage 1874 Champagne to really celebrate the moment.

There will also be a selection of cocktails available to order which pair perfectly with the tea, crafted by Sabine’s superb mixologists. Options include the Oriental Soirée (The Orientalist Origins vodka, passion fruit liqueur, elderflower liqueur, Tales Of The Orient tea cordial, orange bitters and citric solution) or Highland Sip (Highland Mist tea infused Sabine gin, Discarded Cascara vermouth, Campari aperitif, orange bitters).
