Entrepreneur and multidisciplinary creative Andreas Abasaid has established Orato Estates, a new London estate agency specialising in distinctive, design-led residential property.
Founded with the belief that exceptional homes deserve a more considered approach to representation, Orato Estates has been created to bring together property, design and luxury marketing under one boutique agency.
The company focuses on distinctive residential properties across London, from carefully restored period homes and architecturally interesting spaces to contemporary residences defined by exceptional interiors and design.
Abasaid, has built a multidisciplinary career spanning entrepreneurship, creative direction, music and luxury marketing. Before establishing Orato Estates, he founded Orato Agency, a creative and luxury marketing venture, working across branding, digital media and high-end positioning.
His transition into property represents a natural extension of that experience.

Abasaid’s background in the creative industries also informs the company’s approach to marketing, with Orato placing particular emphasis on editorial-quality photography, storytelling, digital presentation and targeted exposure to prospective buyers.
