ENTREPRENEUR SELLS £5MILLION WORTH OF PROPERTY VIA INSTAGRAM

An entrepreneur from Preston has sold £5million worth of property during the lockdowns, all through his use of Instagram.

David Price, 33, a self-made investor and developer, started out with only £6,000 savings and a small terrace house. Now, he boasts an outstanding portfolio of property sales totaling millions.

Through his company 10ACIA, he is disrupting the property industry by being the first entrepreneur in the UK to sell out 100% of a site through Instagram.

Edgewater Oaks, the site in question, has seen more than 6 million impressions via Instagram, attracting interest from the likes of Premier League and England footballers.

The unique process has seen the business set new selling price records in the area, attracting the attention of other developers around the country.

David believes some rival developers have even posed as buyers to arrange to view the properties just to see how he and his team have found such success.

Having started out at 25, David has always been driven by his need for adventure – learning to fly before he could drive, at 16 years old. His first foray into entrepreneurship was building matchstick houses at school, and selling them at break times, for £1.80 each.

After the consistent success following his bold, new methods and being relentless in his pursuit of disruption, David has acquired many accolades. Entrepreneur of The Year Award, The Inspiration award, Young Lancastrian Award and winner of Finance Monthly’s Game Changer of the Year Award are just some of his many recognitions for success.

Now, David looks to further his portfolio, with further developments totalling £16million.
