This exclusive offering is the first of its kind on the Heath and provides an unparalleled culinary experience, blending the rich authenticity of Nepali cuisine with the passion and dedication that has made Everest Inn a beloved staple among locals.

Available every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm, the bottomless-style brunch invites guests to indulge in a curated selection of 8 dishes, designed to offer a taste of Nepal’s diverse culinary heritage. Each dish reflects the high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

Guests can begin with a selection of eight tapas-style dishes, designed for sharing and replenished in an unlimited, all-you-can-eat fashion, before choosing one of the larger main courses. Dishes include:

Tandoor Chicken & Avocado Salad: Tandoori spiced chicken, mixed salad, avocado, herbs & spices.
Masala-Honey Glazed Salmon: Tandoori fillet of salmon, spiced turmeric tartar, with a hint of masala honey.
Sabzi Korma (V): A creamy coconut curry with broccolini and mushrooms.
Tikka Masala: Chicken tikka in a creamy tomato curry, enriched with butter and ground cashew nuts.
Lakeside Fish: Crispy white fish chunks, pan-fried street style.
Brinjal Aloo Simi (VE): Baby aubergine, green beans, and potatoes seasoned with Nepali spices.

Guests will also have the option of elevating their brunch with free-flowing wines, including red, white, and rosé or beer which will be unlimited during the 90-minute sitting.
