Treat yourself to an unforgettable Festive Brunch this holiday season at Radio, with the £75 per person menu, available from 12 noon to 4 pm. Begin with a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut on arrival, setting the tone for an elegant dining experience. Start with a vibrant selection of six Nigiri—salmon, yellowtail, akami (lean tuna), chu-toro (semi-fatty tuna), and sea bass—alongside a Vegetarian Maki Roll filled with avocado and asparagus. For the main course, choose from delectable dishes like Teriyaki Salmon with cucumber chilli pickle, succulent Lamb Cutlets with miso anti-cucho sauce, flavourful Chicken Yakitori with sesame and teriyaki sauce, crispy and aromatic Wafu Duck Bao, or Tiger Prawn Tempura paired with sweet chilli sauce, all served with a Japanese rice bowl topped with egg yolk, pickled ginger, and furikake.
