Currently holding units in Centrale – Croydon (working directly with Hammerson as their landlord), Westfield – Stratford (working directly with Westfield as their landlord), and an enterprise hub in London South Bank University.
Launched in 2007 in Los Angeles, Fashion Meets Music started as a runway and music event showcasing emerging designers and artists.
Created by sisters Dennica Abdo and Lizzy Lambie, the store initiative was the first Black Female owned concept of its kind, when it initially launched in Westfield Stratford City in 2013 for a 5 month pop-up. The project was Highly Commended in the Pop Up Shops/Temporary Lets Category at the BCSC Opal Awards for Westfield in 2014.

Fashion Meets Music returned to Westfield Stratford in 2022 for 7 months, leaving momentarily this January to focus on The Croydon Borough of Culture launch for which they are a flagship project.
The store can be found at Westfield Stratford City, Unit 1083A (opposite Superdry). Their relaunch party is on Saturday 29th April 2023 in the store, from 12 noon.
