Shrimp & Co, the fast-growing casual dining concept known for its bold flavours and hands-on
dining experience, has opened a new location in Brixton, marking its fourth site in under 12
months.
Already established in cities including Leicester and Birmingham, the brand has quickly built a
following for its flavour-led menu and social dining format. Its initial growth phase saw three
locations launched within just 90 days, with the Brixton opening signalling the start of its next
stage of expansion.
The new site is located at 207 Ferndale Rd, London SW9 8BJ, United Kingdom, bringing the
brand’s interactive dining concept to one of London’s most vibrant food destinations.
The concept centres around a mix of seafood boils, grilled dishes and sharable platters,
designed to create a more engaging and accessible dining experience. While seafood boils
remain a key part of the offering, the menu extends across a broader range of flavour-led
dishes, including grilled options and combination plates built for group dining.
At the heart of the experience is customisation, with guests able to choose from a variety of
sauces and spice levels, encouraging a more personalised and social way to dine.
The Brixton opening is expected to be the first of several launches planned for 2026, as the
brand enters what it describes as its second phase of growth, with ambitions to scale its
presence across the UK.
