Festive dishes with a French twist. Côte launches its standout Menu de Noël

Discover slightly different festive traditions this Christmas and dine on dishes with a touch of French flair at Côte. Available from 23rd November at its restaurants across the UK, Côte is the perfect place to experience a sleigh-load of je ne sais quoi this Christmas time. A decadent three-course Menu de Noël includes a selection of seasonal dishes with a difference, priced from £34.95*.

Each Côte restaurant comes alive in the festive spirit of convivialité, with French feasting and lively conversation creating a wonderful buzz. A warm welcome and festive décor allows all guests to feel merry and welcome in the friendly and joyful environment.
When dining, to start, guests will be able to choose from Côte favourites with a French twist including seafood dishes such as Smoked Salmon Tartare and Prawn Thermidor cooked in a lobster mornay gratin with Comté cheese. Slow-cooked shredded Duck Rillettes are a highlight, and vegan visitors can enjoy a creamy Parsnip Soup with chestnut, pear parsley and white truffle oil.
For the main event, traditionalists can enjoy Côte’s French-inspired take on the classic centrepiece – Turkey Paupiette – a succulent British turkey breast with sage and apricot stuffing, enveloped in streaky bacon, served with sides including Chantenay carrots and sage gratin dauphinois. Other dishes include Butternut Squash Pithivier in a crisp, puff pastry parcel, Sea Bream Grenobloise, a tender 30-day-aged Sirloin and a flavoursome vegan Mushroom Bourguignon.
For a satisfyingly sweet end to the occasion, some of Côte’s best loved desserts have had a festive makeover. Diners will discover a French-favourite Winter Spiced Crème Brûlée, accompanied by citrusy poached clementines and tart redcurrants. For the chocolate aficionado’s, White Chocolate Mousse is served in a dark chocolate sphere layered with winter berry compote and freeze-dried raspberries. Other options include Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart, Pain Perdu and a classic Cheese Board with Morbier, Fourme d’Ambert, truffled brie and Tomme de Savoie.
Alongside an extensive sommelier-selected wine list from Côte’s cellar, some of its most popular cocktails have been transformed into playful festive tipples. The Sloe Pétiller is made with Portobello sloe berry and blackcurrant gin and garnished with redcurrants. The Blanc Noël is shaken with Vodka, Mr Black coffee liqueur cream and Norfolk Nog whiskey cream, garnished with a sweet cinnamon stick. Naturally, a range of Champagnes are available to toast to the most wonderful time of the year.
Joyeux to the World this festive season and celebrate at Côte.
