Aitch Group have launched the final seven apartments at their development Eagle Wharf Road in Hoxton. The release of the final phase of apartments coincides with Chancellor Rishi Sunak’s announcement on Stamp Duty changes which will now save purchases of the remaining Eagle Wharf Road apartments £15,000 on Stamp Duty costs.
