Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Casa Montessori, a well-respected provider of high-quality early years education in Richmond, South West London.

Casa Montessori is a multilingual day nursery and preschool, specialising in French, English, Spanish, and Italian. Within a nurturing environment, the setting has the capacity to care for up to 35 children aged between 12 months and five years. It operates from a characterful property which boasts high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, and was designed to reflect the Montessori principles with natural wood and materials to create a serene, clutter-free atmosphere.

The setting was established in 2016 by Carolina Pena and Olivier Huc, who have focused on a child-centred learning environment that values diversity and promotes holistic development, creating a true cornerstone of early childhood education.

Following a confidential sales process with Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co, Casa Montessori has been purchased by first-time buyer, Enrique Carrillo, who was excited to enter the sector and build upon the previous owners’ knowledge and experience.
