Flat Iron Square Launches Shape: A Week of Wellness in January

London’s Flat Iron Square has this week announced details of, Shape, a week dedicated to looking after your body later this month.

Offering a guiding hand to Londoners during the New Year slump, Shape will provide multiple classes and events focussed on the mind, body and soul. It runs from 25th – 31st January 2019.

A full timetable will be revealed imminently, but Shape will include; a multitude of fitness classes, yoga classes, martial arts, core workouts, professional speakers in conversation on wellness and nutrition, and a couple of related wellness book launches. Visitors for Shape can expect up to fifteen classes taking place daily across the different spaces provided at Flat Iron Square: The Garden, Apres London, Tap & Bottle, OMEARA, and The Siding.

Starting at 7:00am, there will be lunchtime and after-work classes offered too.

Flat Iron Square’s on-site street food traders will be offering exclusive healthy menu options for Shape visitors, with a series of vegan alternatives, tied with the annual Veganuary celebrations.

Those taking part in a dry January might also appreciate a fine selection of ‘mocktails’ available at OMEARA and Apres.

Flat Iron Square’s Alpine Village Winter makeover will continue to run through until the end of March, offering warming Alpine cocktails and unusual Victorian-styled booths available to book for parties and get-togethers. For more information, follow the links below.
