Flat Iron’s Carcass Club comes to London Bridge with 41-day dry-aged Wagyu

Flat Iron’s Carcass Club is heading to London Bridge on Tuesday 12th May, introducing its first-ever 41-day dry-aged Wagyu!

Sourced from its own Yorkshire herd and aged on the bone for deeper flavour and rich umami, this one-off event gives guests the chance to try some of the rarest beef around.

From 5pm for walk-ins only, expect a 41-day dry-aged Wagyu steak, beef dripping chips and sauce Choron for £20, plus Flat Iron’s signature popcorn and Tahitian vanilla soft serve.
