FOUR SEASONS HOTEL HAMPSHIRE CELEBRATES THE FESTIVE SEASON WITH NEW POP-UP RESTAURANT ‘OFF PISTE’

On the 15th December Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire will launch new festive pop-up restaurant, Off Piste. Nestled within the picturesque woodland of the 500-acre estate, the alpine restaurant will be set inside a cosy teepee and decorated with oak wooden tables, a rustic bark bar and a roaring fire.

Inspired by Swiss cuisine the specially crafted menu created by Executive Chef Talha Barkin features seasonal meat and vegetable charcuterie boards, as well as a classic cheese fondue with melted Emmental, Comte and Gruyere and finished with truffle shavings. For a sweet treat indulge with the decadent Swiss chocolate fondant with salted caramel sauce or enjoy the rustic apple and cinnamon pie.

The new restaurant concept is an ode to the General Manager Andrew Harrison’s time spent skiing in the Swiss Alps. After three years living in Geneva and a season working in Zermatt exploring the Swiss mountains, he developed a love for the culture and their culinary traditions. ‘I have many great memories of enjoying fondue with friends after a long day on the slopes and am delighted to be introducing a taste of the Alps to the Hampshire countryside this festive season.’

Whether guests are looking to spend a romantic evening together with a glass of mulled wine or planning a festive night celebrating with friends, Off Piste is the perfect spot. Enjoy the intimate dining experience and take time to unwind in the calming British countryside.

Open over the festive period from 15th December to the 3rd of January for adults and children over 12, offering a light lunch of soups and snacks between 12.00 and 15.00 and serving the new Swiss inspired menu for dinner between 17.30 and 22.30.

Reservations only, open to all resident and non-resident guests. For bookings contact the team at Wild Carrot Restaurant.
