Get a slice of the action at London pizzerias Roma Pizza, Radio Alice and The Dough Shack. All three restaurants will be dishing up a unique take on The Original Black Garlic and you can guarantee some seriously tasty flavour combinations featuring the flavour bomb du jour.

The caramelised sweetness and rich savoury taste of slow-cooked black garlic is a heavenly foodie match with lashings of melted cheese and indulgent toppings on a perfectly chewy pizza base… what could be better?

The Dough Shack, Wimbledon Traditional wood fired pizzas can be found hot out of The Dough Shack’s Wimbledon store and roaming vans in Surrey. Base ingredients come directly from Italy and the fresh veg, meat and cheese are sourced from local butchers and farmer’s markets. You won’t want to throw away the crusts.

Roma Pizza, Brick Lane From the people at Made of Dough, this Brick Lane pizzeria whacks out 12-inch, thin crust, roman-style pizzas for a fiver each. The dough is made fresh daily,
