FREE Spice Bags – London’s first-ever Spice Bag Happy Hour for St Patrick’s Day

London is about to get seriously spicy; Robin Gill is turning up the heat, by teaming up with Strong Roots to bring Ireland’s most iconic
late-night-legend the Spice Bag, to Bar Brasso for a one-night-only, FREE-flowing Spice Bag Happy Hour on Thursday 12th
March.

Yes, you read that right, UNLIMITED Spice Bags for one hour!
Each one is perfectly paired with a spiced margarita or an Irish stout, so you can sip, snack and celebrate the run up to St Patrick’s Day.

Expect big, bold flavours,
exciting vegetable combinations and crave-worthy crunch. The collab celebrates the very best of Irish comfort food, with a cult dish now taking
the UK food scene by storm.  Robin has put his own spin on the late-night takeaway classic, layering craveable textures, with punchy spices and playful twists, all made with real, simple ingredients.

The flavour and fun doesn’t just stop there! Get ready for a night packed with fun; dance to a live Irish band, grab free merch and awesome prizes and keep

The Sweet & Spicy 

A fiery twist on the classic Spice Bag, made with Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries for a spice-and-sweet hit. Layered with bold Chinese spices,
garlic-infused red, green and yellow peppers, onions and crispy garlic, and a rich curry sauce, this dish delivers a flavour combo that hits every taste bud. 

The Fiery Punch 

Not for the faint-hearted, this one brings the fire! Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries are loaded with crispy tofu, black bean rayu, pickled chilies
and deep umami flavour, delivering maximum heat with a hint of sweetness.  Served with lashings of curry sauce for even more sauciness
and spice.

The Classic Kick 

A nostalgic nod to the original chipper takeaway, featuring Golden Strong Roots Crispy Skinny Fries tossed with sautéed red and green peppers, onions,
warming Chinese spices, and crispy fried tofu, all drenched in Robin’s indulgent curry sauce.
