SushiDog officially opens at Westfield Stratford City on Saturday 11 April 2026, bringing its bold, fresh, fully customisable sushi to one of London’s busiest shopping destinations. Known for its vibrant flavours and build-your-own approach, SushiDog invites Stratford visitors to roll their sushi exactly the way they like it.

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 customers through the door will receive a FREE SushiDog from the Signature menu. After that, guests can enjoy 50% off from 11–12 April, making opening weekend the perfect opportunity to discover your new favourite lunch spot.

Over launch weekend, visitors can also take part in a SushiDog spin-the-wheel for the chance to win exclusive prizes. There will also be a limited number of Stratford-exclusive tote bags filled with goodies.

Located inside Westfield Stratford City, the new kiosk-style venue showcases SushiDog’s bright, playful design and seats up to 12 guests. Every dish is made fresh to order, with endless customisation options — from vibrant vegetables and premium proteins to bold house-made sauces — offering a fun, feel-good way to eat on the go.
