Go Greek Yogurt, the Los Angeles-born yogurt café, bar and lifestyle brand, will make its UK debut in London on Saturday, 11th July. Landing on South Molton Street, the brand is bringing its health-forward menu, centred around authentic Greek yogurt, to the capital.
Designed in the brand’s signature Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic, with blue-and-white tiling and natural wood accents throughout, the new store will feature a made-to-order classic yogurt bar, self-service frozen yogurt machines, and outdoor seating.
Imported Greek yogurt sits at the heart of the menu, handcrafted using traditional recipes and inspired by the Greek concept of meraki – creating with passion and purpose.
Customers can choose from a range of fresh yogurt bowls, available in two sizes and offered in both sweet and savoury varieties. The savoury Aceso and Greek Salad bowls are topped with ingredients including avocado, Persian cucumbers, Serrano chilli peppers, grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Meanwhile, the sweet Althea, Energia and Proteini bowls combine fresh fruit and berries, nuts and seeds, granola, toasted coconut and chocolate shavings, finished with a drizzle of Greek honey.
Customers can also build their own frozen yogurt bowls by choosing from three house flavours – Plain Tart, Chocolate and Honey – alongside vegan options and three rotating seasonal flavours with the July line-up including Banana, Strawberry and Vegan Coffee Mocha. Each bowl can then be personalised with more than 30 toppings, from fresh fruit and berries to nuts, seeds and jams.
The menu is rounded out with a selection of yogurt-based smoothies, including the GoGreek Cino with Chocolate Espresso, the YoGo Matcha, and the YoGo Greek Experience, which blends Plain Tart Greek Frozen Yogurt with a choice of any two fruits.
To celebrate the opening, on Saturday, 11th July and Sunday, 12th July, the first 100 customers each day will get free frozen yogurt* complete with their choice of toppings, offering an exclusive first taste of the Go Greek Yogurt menu.
More than a traditional Greek yogurt brand, Go Greek Yogurt champions nutrient-dense, functional food, guided by the Mediterranean philosophy of intentional living and eating. Made using time-tested techniques rather than heavily processed ‘Greek-style’ alternatives, the yogurt delivers a naturally thick, creamy texture while retaining key nutritional benefits. Rich in protein, probiotics, calcium and vitamin B12, it is also lower in sugar and carbohydrates than many conventional yogurts, while reduced lactose and naturally occurring potassium and iodine support digestion and overall wellbeing.
Qualified nutritionist Kristen Stavridis (BSc Hons), who is partnering with Go Greek Yogurt for its London opening, said:
“As a nutritionist, I consider Greek yogurt to be one of the best health foods out there. It’s rich in protein, a great source of calcium for healthy bones and fat to support hormone and brain health. It’s rich in probiotics to help our gut health and is low in sugars. I love starting my day with a Greek yogurt bowl – it’s a brilliant way to also add other nutrient-dense ingredients to your diet like fibre-rich fruits, nuts and seeds while also keeping you fuller for longer.
“As someone who is half Greek myself, I’m usually very picky about my Greek yogurts, but I’m happy to say that Go Greek Yogurt passes the test and I’m so looking forward to having something like this come to London to allow people more opportunities to enjoy this nutrient-dense food.”
Founded in Los Angeles in 2012 by Tanja Murgel-Subotic alongside her husband, David Subotic, and business partner, Jonathan Williams, Go Greek Yogurt was inspired by Tanja’s time living in Greece and her ambition to bring the country’s culture of natural ingredients, mindful eating and community to the United States.
Since then, Go Greek Yogurt has grown into a cult favourite, with more than 26 locations across the United States and the Middle East, and continues to expand globally. Its recent launch in New York City in April 2026 drew queues around the block and quickly became a viral social media sensation, further cementing its status as a must-visit destination for yogurt lovers.
Over the years, the brand has also cultivated a strong celebrity following, counting Gigi Hadid, Jennifer Aniston and the Kardashians among its devotees.
Go Greek Yogurt’s London opening marks an exciting new chapter for the brand as it brings its Mediterranean-inspired menu closer to its roots for the first time.
Speaking of the London opening, Go Greek Yogurt Co-Founder Tanja Murgel-Subotic said: “We are thrilled, excited, and deeply honoured to be entering the European market with the launch of our first store in London. This moment has been a long-held ambition for Go Greek Yogurt, made all the more meaningful by how close it brings us to the origins of our craft in Greece. All three of us, the founders, share European roots, and it is a profound pleasure to land in this territory alongside partners we hold in the highest regard, whose intimate knowledge of this market and distinguished standing within their industry have made this collaboration a true pleasure. We are excited to watch Go Greek take root within the European community, starting in London, and we look forward to growth across a continent where yogurt is already woven so beautifully into daily life and culture. It is our honour to add to that tradition, to expand into this region, and to share the Go Greek experience with everyone we have the privilege of welcoming.”
