This November, premium mixer and soft drinks brand, London Essence, is letting London in on its secrets for festive hosting with an inspiring evening in collaboration with drinks expert and host extraordinaire, Portia Freeman. Its first Mixing in the City event lands at Soho hotspot, Alligator Bar at House of Louie, on Thursday 13th November 2025. For one night only, London Essence will bring the perfect blend of energy and elegance to the capital for a seasonal drinks spectacle – and you are invited.

Opening the festive social season in style, guests will sip their way through a specially curated Christmas cocktail menu, enjoy delectable canapés, and learn from Portia as she shares insider tips and hosting hacks to elevate at-home entertaining.

Those who fancy a tipple or two are invited to join London Essence and Portia for an insightful night of flavour, fizz, and festivities at Mixing in the City at Alligator Bar at House of Louie, 13-15 West St, London WC2H 9NE at 6pm. Tickets are priced at £10 and can be purchased via www.eventbrite.co.uk, with all proceeds being donated to The Drinks Trust, the charity dedicated to supporting the drinks and hospitality industry. This includes access to the event, three drinks of your choice from London Essence’s bespoke festive menu and a selection of delicious canapés throughout the evening. Guests will also leave with an exclusive goodie bag filled with all the essentials to recreate the evening at home.
