Get ready for an incredible summer of women’s cricket!

There’s never been a better time to watch women’s cricket in England and Wales. England Women will face the number one team in the world, Australia, in what is set to be an enthralling Ashes series taking place across England in June and July. Stars from both teams will then go straight into cricket’s hottest new domestic competition, The Hundred, which features eight women’s teams battling it out alongside the men’s to be crowned champions.

The Women’s Ashes multi-format series will start on Thursday 22 June, and with more than 60,000 tickets sold already, this summer’s showdown series is expected to break all attendance records for women’s international fixtures in England. It is the first year that the fiercest competition in cricket has both men’s and women’s competitions being played alongside one another, with equal prominence, at the biggest grounds.

Heather Knight’s team will kick off their campaign with an LV= Insurance Test Match at Trent Bridge (Nottingham) – the first Test match England’s women have played over five days on home soil and their first visit to Trent Bridge since 2000. In addition, Edgbaston (Birmingham), Lord’s and the Kia Oval (both London) will play host to their first ever Women’s Ashes IT20s – the 20-over format of the game. The seven-match series will culminate with One Day Internationals (ODIs) – the 50-over format of the game – at the Seat Unique Stadium (Bristol), The Ageas Bowl (Southampton) and Cooper Associate County Ground (Taunton) – the latter of which is already sold out.

Both England Men and Women will be attempting to regain The Ashes, after Australia won the two respective series down under in 2021-22. Tickets to watch England Women this summer are now on general sale and supporters can find out when they are playing at their nearest ground at ecb.co.uk/tickets. Prices remain great value in line with 2022, starting at £1 for juniors* and from £15 for adults.

Returning for its third season, The Hundred will be back on Tuesday 1 August with Trent Rockets taking on Southern Brave at Trent Bridge, promising high octane men’s and women’s sporting action, live music and a host of family-friendly entertainment at the height of the summer holidays.

Those yet to attend The Hundred can sign up in advance at thehundred.com for priority ticket access from 5–18 April. Tickets will then go on general sale on Thursday 20 April. Tickets this year remain great value in line with 2022 pricing, with prices set at £5 for juniors aged 6-15, free for children five and under, and adults starting from £10.
