Today, Guinness Open Gate Brewery London opens the gates to its new home in London for the general public. Brewery tours and restaurant bookings are officially underway, offering its first visitors the chance to experience all of the good things Guinness Open Gate Brewery has to offer.
Guinness has also unveiled the first images of the 54,000ft2 space, including its microbrewery, restaurants Gilroy’s Loft and The Porter’s Table, and two retail stores – The Store and Guinness Good Things – offering Guinness branded merchandise, gifts & more, as well as the limited-edition streetwear collaboration with Lazy Oaf, available exclusively from Guinness Good Things to mark the opening.
In addition to revealing key spaces, Guinness Open Gate Brewery London has also revealed details of the beers that will be brewed within its world leading microbrewing facility, led by Master Brewer, Hollie Stephenson. As well as being able to able to enjoy a quality pint of the nation’s favourite beer, guests will have the opportunity to sample the brewery’s 11 rotating, limited-edition craft brews and seasonal specials unique to Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.
Guinness Open Gate Brewery London core beers, available on site on a permanent basis:
Old Brewer’s Yard Porter (4.7% abv) – A malty dark brown porter with balanced notes of sweetness, caramel and chocolate, and hints of coffee.
The Brewer’s Lager (4.9%) – Strawy, grassy, herbal, floral. Dry and crisp.
Covent Classic IPA (4.4%) – Light in colour and body. Dry and hop forward with hints of citrus flavour.
Piazza Pale Ale (5.2%) – Pleasantly sweet maltiness, medium bodied with balanced. herbal, orange marmalade, and stone fruit notes from the hops.
Revolving seasonal specials guests can get their hands on at launch while they are available:
Apricot Sour (3.9%) – A beer that was soured in the brewhouse kettle using a strain of lactobacillus for a clean, sharp tartness. Pureed apricots were added after fermentation to add slight sweetness, for balance and roundness in the flavour experience and mouthfeel.
Winter Warmer (6.8%) – A wintry ale with three baking spaces and a ginger forward flavour.
The above, plus the below beers are available as part of the F&B offering at Old Brewer’s Yard, The Porter’s Table, Gilroy’s Loft:
Dark Lager (4.5%) – A dark lager with coffee and dark chocolate notes.
Amber Table Beer (2.6%) – An orangey amber colour, with balanced bitterness and lemon and citrus notes.
Belgian-style Wit (6.1%) – This recipe uses a 50/50 split between barley and wheat for a light yellow hazy appearance and round mouthfeel.
Triple Berry Ale (4.8%) – Pinkish purple in colour, light bodied and refreshing.
Hazy IPA (6.7% abv) – Hazy from the use of wheat and oats, this double dry hopped IPA has big coconut and tropical fruit aroma.
Restaurant menus are also now available to the public for Gilroy’s Loft and The Porter’s Table, headed up by executive chef Pip Lacey:
Gilroy’s Loft – a stunning rooftop restaurant with skyline views across London. Its menu celebrates the best of Britain’s coast, featuring line-caught fish, lobster and freshly-shucked native oysters – paying homage to the much-loved speciality of Guinness and oysters, served since 1837.
The Porter’s Table menu has been crafted for connection, embodying Guinness’ ethos of goodness and communion such as Guinness soda bread served with butter and charcoal salt or Butcher’s skewers, celebrating underrated offcuts from the restaurant’s whole animal butchery.
Visitors can also enjoy the atmosphere of the courtyard bar at the heart of the site – Old Brewer’s Yard – serving Chef Calum Franklin’s handmade pies alongside the exclusive craft beers brewed on site, no booking required.
In addition to good food and good Guinness, the site has been fitted with iconic installations and murals designed by artist, Mason London, which bring Guinness’ brewing legacy at the site to life, alongside iconography from the brand’s historical advertising pulled from the Dublin archives.

For those wanting to experience the space first hand, tours are available to book via opengatelondon.guinness.com and will be running Monday – Sunday subject to availability.
Tickets will be available from £30pp for off-peak hours, or from £40pp for peak hours.
An ultimate Guinness Masterclass will also be available from February 2026, taking guests along on the stout’s journey throughout history and around the world using prized Guinness artefacts and liquids. The elevated tasting experience will run once a day Thursday – Saturday, at 3pm only (£95).

Visitors will not need a ticket to visit the courtyard bar at Old Brewer’s Yard or to browse the offerings at Guinness Open Gate Brewery London’s two retail stores.
Reservations are recommended but not essential for those looking to dine at Gilroy’s Loft or The Porter’s Table, and bookings are required for both the Open Gate Experience tour and the Guinness Masterclass.
