HARRY’S UNVEILS LONDON’S MOST ELEGANT CELEBRATION OF THE BELLINI WITH NEW SIGNATURE MENU

Harry’s, the Italian dining destination inspired by the legendary Harry’s Bar, is proud to introduce London’s first Bellini Menu; a refined collection of cocktails inspired by one of Italy’s most iconic drinks.

First created in 1948 at Harry’s Bar in Venice, the Bellini has long been synonymous with effortless glamour and timeless Italian style. Inspired by the luminous palette of Renaissance master Giovanni Bellini, the original cocktail blended white peach purée with sparkling wine, its delicate blush hue echoing the soft tones of the artist’s paintings.

Now, Harry’s brings this legacy to London with what is arguably the capital’s most dedicated and creative exploration of the Bellini, reimagined for a modern audience while honouring its heritage.

At the heart of the menu is a revival of the original Bellini, served as it was intended: fresh and elegant – perfect for any time of day. Alongside it, a collection of new variations showcases seasonal flavours and contemporary Italian flair.

The Lamponi sees sun-ripened raspberry, lifted with bright cedro citrus, vanilla, and topped up with Prosecco. The Fiorini has a base of juicy strawberry purée with a dash extra virgin olive oil adding a savoury depth that enhances the fruit’s sweetness, finished with Prosecco.

The Jasmine Bellini sees peach combine with floral jasmine sparkling tea, meanwhile the Rossilini is a layered duet of ripe peach and strawberry, both topped with chilled Prosecco.

The Bellini is also served in dessert form with the Sgroppino; a refreshing, spoonable cocktail-dessert of zesty lemon sorbet churned with vodka. Delicately scented with fig leaf or elderflower liqueur, topped off with Prosecco.

Last but by no means least, The Peach Spritz brings a playful twist on the classic with flavours of peach and Aperol, refreshing and perfect for leisurely afternoons.

Each cocktail is crafted using premium ingredients and served with Harry’s signature sense of occasion, bringing a taste of Venetian sunshine to the heart of London.

Jean Vital, Head of Drinks Innovation at Harry’s said: “When crafting the menu, we wanted to honour the Bellini in its purest form while exploring how far we could take its spirit. It’s such a deceptively simple cocktail, but that simplicity is what makes it so expressive. By working with layered fruit, delicate aromatics and unexpected textures, we’ve created a menu that feels both rooted in Venetian tradition and entirely contemporary. Each drink is designed to capture that same sense of lightness, colour and effortless pleasure that made the original so iconic.”

Whether enjoyed as an aperitivo, over brunch, or as a sparkling accompaniment to a long lunch, the Bellini remains an enduring symbol of Italian elegance. With this new menu, Harry’s invites guests to rediscover it in all its forms.

Is it London’s first Bellini menu?

While the Bellini is widely served across the city, Harry’s stands apart for offering one of London’s most focused and expansive menus dedicated entirely to the cocktail – making it a unique destination for Bellini lovers.
