Chartered Accountancy firm, Haslers, has been announced as the sponsor for the next Doyle Club Networking.

Due to be held at Bottlescrue, 33 Foster Lane, St Paul’s, London, EC2V 6HD it will take place on 3 October 2019.

The Doyle Club is a long-established, invite-only network of people engaged in, or associated with, construction, property and development.

It meets on the first Thursday of each month and attracts around 300 members and guests who meet to discuss the latest issues in the industry.

As well as sponsoring the event, Haslers VAT expert Debra Dougal will be sharing her expertise on the next big change in the construction sector the domestic reverse charge.

Due to originally come into force on 1 October 2019, the new reverse charge has been delayed by 12 months, but it will still have a significant impact on the sector next year.

Debra said: “I am delighted that we are sponsoring the next meeting of the Doyle Club. Although the VAT reverse charge is delayed those engaged in the construction and development industry must be aware of what this change means for them so that they have plenty of time to prepare.
