Southwark-based property agency Henshall & Partners have recruited two new agents to its Commercial and Investment team. Nassib Shah and Sam Sollosi have joined as ‘Commercial & Investment Consultants’. Both new staff members have joined Henshall & Partners at a crucial time for the company as it expands its commercial, investment and development business.

Both Nassib and Sam join Henshall & Partners with a wealth of experience and expertise. Nassib graduated from Imperial College with a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. After gaining experience at Parcap Real Estate Investors and Property One Management, Nassib has developed polished understanding of buying and selling property. Nassib can also speak multiple languages including English, Dutch and Persian aiding his ability to do deals with a range of clients.

Sam graduated from Middlesex University with a 2.1 in International Business. Following graduation, Sam started work at Claridge’s Commercial as a commercial property consultant. During his 5-years there he gained invaluable experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property, including lettings, sales, and acquisitions. In his new role as Investment and Development Consultant at Henshall & Partners, Sam will focus on bringing new opportunities to the market for the team, as well as sourcing off-market opportunities for our clients.
