As the cold of winter creeps in, Honest Burgers’ restaurants in London are heating things up in its kitchens with the launch of a new Chorizo-based special.

Created in partnership with Brindisa, the UK’s leading purveyor of fine Spanish cuisine for over 30 years, the burger brings a taste of Spain to Honest Burgers’ menu for one month only.

The dish blends Honest Burgers’ trademark beef with two juicy slices of chorizo made of Spanish pork and flavoured with smoky hot paprika, salt and spices. Topping the burger off is a double helping of American cheese, confit garlic mayo, shoestring fries, pink pickled onions, and rocket.

Available now at all 33 London restaurants until 31st October only, the Chorizo special is a true taste of La Rioja, in the north of Spain’s Iberian Peninsula, with its key ingredient sourced from the same producer that Brindisa founder, Monika met back in the 80s.

Honest Burgers’ Chorizo collaboration with Brindisa is available across Honest Burgers’ 43 UK sites from now until 31st October for £14. As with all Honest Burgers meals, the special is served with homemade rosemary chips as standard.
