Human rights lawyer David Haigh reveals he was debanked over work in the Middle East

HUMAN rights lawyer David Haigh claimed that he was debanked for his work helping a princess in the Middle East.

Asked if he had been debanked, he told GB News: “I have, and before it was almost like a dirty little secret so you couldn’t tell anybody.

“I had my accounts closed for a connection to a Middle Eastern princess that I helped.”

Speaking to Nigel Farage, he continued: “At the time you don’t want to talk about it, because it does seem like a dirty little secret.

“But then you’ve made it now something that we can all talk about, so thank you for that.”

Haigh said: “I trained at a Jewish law firm and I lived in the Middle East for ten years. So I’ve seen both sides and there are arguments on both sides.

“Terrorism is never acceptable, the loss of civilian life is never acceptable.

“How do we resolve it? And that’s the problem and you’ve got so many others better than me, the players on either side and proxy wars going on.

“I think it’s a very difficult situation for us all in the world now. We need to watch very carefully.”
