Riverside wine bar Hithe + Seek is excited to announce the relaunch of its monthly wine club, Seekers. Giving London wine lovers and foodies the opportunity to come together in a spectacular setting, the intimate monthly events will be back from 30th March.

Each month, Seekers will partner with some of the UK’s highest quality wine merchants – from national favourites to independent up and comers – with expert sommeliers on hand to guide guests through explorative evenings of wine tasting and culinary delights.

Set in London’s only wine destination overlooking the Thames, just 12 Seekers tickets are available per session, giving a truly one of a kind, intimate experience with views of the Tate, Shakespeare’s Globe and city beyond. Hithe + Seek’s unrivalled wine selection includes a diverse range of high-quality wines from various regions and cultures, giving guests a unique chance to try undiscovered gems that you won’t find on the high-street.

Seekers isn’t just about wine – it’s about the perfect marriage of wine and food. Hithe + Seek’s Head Chef, Fabio de Paolis, has curated a series of food pairings that will tantalise taste buds and take the culinary experience to the next level. From savoury dishes to sweet treats, each pairing is carefully crafted to complement and enhance the flavours of both the wine and the dish. Guests can look forward to a four course menu of innovate creations such as shrimp tartare with rhubarb and celery foam, carrot kare kare terrine with a peanut crumble, scallops with kabocha squash and XO sauce and finishing off with a pomegranate posset with amaretto biscuit and lemon balm. Menus will change with each session depending on the wines selected, to ensure the perfect pairing.

Seekers evenings are truly interactive experiences, going beyond the typical sit-down-and-listen approach. Guests are able to engage with the expert hosts throughout, ask questions, and share thoughts on the wines and dishes being tried with the group.

For the upcoming session on 30th March, Seekers is partnering with Flint Wines, one of the UK’s leading fine wine merchants. Their team of expert sommeliers are dedicated to providing the very best wines from around the world.

Following this, on 27th April, guests can discover the world of natural wines with Les Caves de Pyrene: the evening will showcase wines from small and independent winemakers with minimal chemical intervention and where the winemaking shows maximum respect for the environment.
