Take your festive spirit to another level – level 8 of the multistorey car park to be exact – as Roof East announces its December programme with a wide range of festive activities, including free events, parties, festive street food and a new winter drink menu.

Spent too much on gifts this year already? No fear! We’ve got you covered with free events throughout December! Let your inner artist loose at our free live art class with the man of the hour: Santa Claus, as he practices his poses so that you can paint a perfect portrait and take it home with you on the night. Also, learn how to customise your very own stocking with London Craft Club or get a head start with a truly unique Christmas card this season by joining us for a free, fast and funny caricature drawn in 5 minutes by leading UK caricaturist Luisa Calvo. We provide the materials and you provide the laughter: participation is free, but registration is required. And we know it wouldn’t truly be Christmas without getting your friends together, so we’re also hosting sky-high pub quizzes every Wednesday as well as Musical Bingo every Friday and Saturday. Both are free to enter.

Stuck for date night ideas? As recently featured on Channel 4’s “Flirty Dancing” dating show, Roof East offers the magic ingredients to give you the time of your life. This December, the venue has two cosy, heated bars serving our new winter menu offering mulled wine, boozy hot chocolates, hot buttered rum and hot berry punch, as well as “The Lodge” winter street food, including posh wild boar and apple hot dogs, chicken schnitzel and crispy camembert bites, all brought to you by the king of pop-ups himself: Jimmy’s Pop Up.

Feeling competitive? Game on! Fun and games continue right until Christmas to keep you entertained for hours: Sliders Curling, VR Foosball, Birdies Crazy Golf and our brand new ‘90s arcade games: Pac-Man, Street Fighter II and Space Invaders, all run by our buddies SFG Club.

Known for its skyline views of the city, this December, Roof East can be hired for festive private parties of between 50 to 300 people. Come rain or snow, your guests can retreat to our cosy private lodge to indulge in mulled wine, craft beer and a great range of food, from street food stations to a sit-down meal. Packages are available on request.

Roof East is open now until December 21st on Wednesdays to Fridays from 5 pm to 11 pm and on Saturdays from 12 pm to 11 pm. From December 10th, the venue is open on Tuesdays to Fridays from 5 pm to 11 pm and on Saturdays from 12 pm to 11 pm.

Under 18s are welcome on Saturdays from 12 pm to 5 pm. After 5 pm, the venue is over 18s only. Entry to the venue is free.
