SEX TALKS, hosted by Her Hustle at The London EDITION, is the sell-out monthly event series and live podcast recording focussed on open conversations around sex, desire and the female pleasure taboo.

Every month, Emma-Louise, presenter and Her Hustle co-founder, will host a fireside chat with an expert in the sex and pleasure field, followed by a sex therapy-inspired activity to get guests all talking and thinking more openly about our sexual desires. The evening closes with an anonymous Q&A session giving everyone an opportunity to ask whatever question(s) may be on their mind without fear of shame or embarrassment.

We’re often confronted with a heavily sanitised and often idealised version of sex – depictions which only really serve to reinforce reductive stereotypes around the kind of sex we ‘should’ be having, how we ‘ought’ to

feel about it and what a ‘sexy’ body is ‘meant’ to look like. While porn continues to institute the primacy of male pleasure, the orgasm gap, aka the difference between the rate at which men and women orgasm during partnered, heteronormative sex, remains at 30% in favour of men.

The aim of SEX TALKS at The London EDITION is to have more honest, open, and vulnerable conversations about sex. Each session offers the opportunity to join, nurture and help steer the dialogue around sex,

desire and female pleasure. Previous events have focused on topics such as the orgasm gap and the female pleasure taboo and have featured guests including Lucy Litwack, CEO of luxury lingerie brand Coco De Mer and clinical psychologist and author of Mind The Gap, Dr. Karen Gurney.
